Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Rosen Zhelyazkov on the occasion of the national holiday, Liberation Day. The message reads:
“On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and personally on my behalf, I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of the national holiday, Liberation Day, of the Republic of Bulgaria.
I am confident that under your leadership, friendly Bulgaria will continue its upward path and will have many achievements.
I am pleased to note that since Armenia’s independence, our bilateral interstate relations have been marked by the continuous development of sincere and effective cooperation based on mutual respect and trust.
I am confident that with joint efforts we will succeed in further strengthening and deepening the agenda of bilateral relations for the benefit of our friendly countries and peoples.
I wish you good health and success, and peace and progress to the friendly people of Bulgaria.”
