Issues related to prisoners of war are raised in all negotiations, including with Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told reporters about this.
“On an emotional level, I share all the feelings and understand the demands and statements of those people that are being made.
Possible diplomatic work is being done in that direction. Efforts are being made in that direction that are not visible until they have yielded results. I am 100% sure that making statements will harm those people. We did not want to provoke torture or the use of prohibited means with our statements. Why are we making statements now? Because we see that this has already happened,” he said.
