Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced in a conversation with reporters that we have received the 12th edited version of the peace treaty.
“This is already evidence that the process is not at a deadlock. Now we must present our proposals,” the Prime Minister noted.
According to Pashinyan, Azerbaijan has been offered a solution, which, he hopes, will receive a positive response.
“This concerns railway transportation and the restoration of railway transport between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The two countries will have the opportunity to use the railways passing through each other’s territory for international cargo transportation,” he noted.
According to the Prime Minister, the history of the negotiation has been analyzed, and a formula has been found that resolves the issues raised by both sides.
“I am convinced that the proposed solution will be 100 percent acceptable to the peoples of Armenia and Azerbaijan,” he noted.
