“Border demarcation and demarcation are among the most sensitive topics on our agenda,” Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan said at the 4th session of the EU-Armenia Parliamentary Partnership Committee, referring to the process of normalizing relations with neighbors.
Hovhannisyan expressed hope that there will be positive dynamics in the negotiation process with the neighbor.
“Baku’s rhetoric does not contain shocking messages. Every time, they send dangerous, threatening messages. Our captives continue to remain there, which is a shameful process for Baku from any point of view. We ask that all our partners make efforts,” he said.
