Armenia-UK agenda issues discussed

On February 25, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan received Chris Allan, Head of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Division of the United Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and Special Envoy for the Armenia-Azerbaijan Peace Process.

During the meeting, Deputy Minister Hovhannisyan presented the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia’s vision for ensuring stability and lasting peace in the South Caucasus.

The “Crossroads of Peace” project developed by the Government of the Republic of Armenia was discussed, reaffirming the Republic of Armenia’s determination to unblock transport routes. Issues on the bilateral agenda of the Republic of Armenia-EU were also discussed at the meeting.
