Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that there is a problem with the quality of governance. "It is a serious and deep problem, which I have repeatedly raised sharply, both at government meetings and from the NA rostrum, but at X moment, I realized that shouting will not solve this issue because we have a deep institutional problem."
According to him, the most valuable thing in the eyes of the Western world is "know-how." "If we translate "know-how," it means "knowing how." Any person would like to produce "Coca-Cola" and earn billions. Still, no one knows how. "Only one company knows how and how to protect its rights," he said in response to a question from NA deputy Khachatur Sukiasyan.
