The Greek parliament has elected former parliament speaker Konstantinos Tasoulas as president.
Tasoulas, a candidate for the ruling Conservative Party, received 160 votes in the 300-seat parliament.
Tasoulas will succeed Katerina Sakellaropoulou, whose term ends on March 13. The swearing-in ceremony is expected to take place the same day.
