Armenia ranks 63rd in the Corruption Perceptions Report

The international organization Transparency International has published the "Corruption Perception Index-2024" report, which includes 180 countries worldwide. In the table presented by the organization, Armenia ranked 63rd, with 47 points out of 100.

According to the report, the top ten countries with the lowest corruption perception ratings are
1. Denmark (90/100)
2. Finland (88/100)
3. Singapore (84/100)
4. New Zealand (83/100)
5. Luxembourg, Norway, Switzerland (81/100)
8. Sweden (80/100)
9. Netherlands (78/100)
10. Australia, Iceland, Ireland (77/100)

Georgia is the region leader. With a score of 53 out of 180 countries, Georgia ranked 53rd in the table. Azerbaijan and Russia ranked the same, 154th. Turkey ranked 107th, and Iran ranked 151st.

It should be noted that the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) reflects the assessment of the level of corruption perception by experts and businessmen on a 100-point scale. The higher the index, the lower the perception and the country's rating.

It should be noted that Armenia's scores have not changed compared to the previous year.
