“This law is not about leaving the EAEU. The EAEU is a customs union where we have customs-free economic relations. And it is about entering a new market worth 400 million,” Artak Zeynalyan stated, presenting the draft law on the launch of the process of Armenia’s accession to the EU in the National Assembly.
According to him, the EAEU is not an alternative name for the Russian Federation but a union of sovereign, independent states, a mutually beneficial, jointly created economic organization.
