“The first pioneer in recognizing Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan is the President of the Russian Federation, and we have said so,” said NA Speaker Alen Simonyan.
According to him, after the November 9, 2020, statement, the Russian president declared that it is an internationally recognized territory of Azerbaijan, and he repeated the same statement in December: “Accusing the Republic of Armenia of such a thing is an evasive approach. The whole world, including those within the Russian Federation, knows well what happened, how they left us alone.”
