NA Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, addressing the deputies of the “Armenia” faction during the announcements, noted that they like to take the debate to the field of pathos.
Rubinyan recalled the ARF circular 004. He said they wanted to ensure that Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh continued living: “When one path did not work, we tried to choose another path; if it meant lowering the bar, we had to go for it. You, with pathos politics all the way and, in general, with Circular 004, with an insatiable desire to change the government in Artsakh and then to change the government in Armenia, brought us to what we have. In Nagorno-Karabakh, we have zero Armenians.”
