Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan congratulated Youssef Raji on his appointment as Lebanon’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.
“My warmest congratulations on his appointment as Lebanon’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants. I wish him every success, lasting peace, and prosperity to the friendly people of Lebanon,” Mirzoyan wrote on his X microblog.
