Prime Minister Pashinyan highlighted the importance of the signing of the document on the strategic partnership between the Republic of Armenia and the United States, emphasizing the commitment of the Government of the Republic of Armenia to deepen and expand cooperation with the United States in all areas. The Prime Minister stressed the continued support of the United States in increasing the efficiency of the state governance system of Armenia, strengthening democratic institutions, and implementing reforms.
The meeting participants highlighted the need to ensure regional peace and stability and implement the Government of the Republic of Armenia's "Crossroads of Peace" initiative. Prime Minister Pashinyan reaffirmed the Armenian government's commitment to the peace agenda and highlighted the importance of the US in strengthening stability in the South Caucasus.
Senator Wicker and the members of Congress reaffirmed their support for the development of Armenia-US relations. They emphasized the importance of deepening cooperation in the areas envisaged by the Strategic Partnership Document and noted the need for an active dialogue with the new US administration to continue advancing the bilateral agenda.
The meeting touched upon the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process, the possibilities of unblocking regional communication routes, and the prospects for developing cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats.
