Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has declared that the Armenian Genocide is undeniable, “This is an obvious, unequivocal, indisputable fact.” He noted that the great genocide is not only unmistakable, “It is part of our identity, and it is not whether we like it or not.” “This is in our blood, in our veins; this is part of our identity.”
Nikol Pashinyan reminded that denial of the genocide is punishable by law in Armenia. “In general, it is surprising how someone can be accused of denying the genocide if they use the word ‘genocide.’”
