“We cannot abandon the enclave agenda for this reason,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said, showing a model of Artsvashen. “If I say that there is no enclave agenda, it is grounds for criminal liability because Armenia has a territory in the form of Artsvashen, which we cannot abandon,” he said.
According to the Prime Minister, regardless of whether Azerbaijan raises the issue, Armenia is growing it. “We cannot help but raise it, and this topic will inevitably be in the scope of our discussions.”
