“Armenia has presented concrete proposals and solutions on all issues of mutual concern and awaits Azerbaijan’s constructive response,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during his meeting with the Georgian Prime Minister.
“The Armenian government is determined to advance the peace agenda and will continue to make active efforts in that direction,” he said. The Prime Minister presented the latest developments in the ongoing border demarcation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He informed that an agreement was reached to start the next stage of the border demarcation process near the RA-Georgia-Azerbaijan interstate border crossing point.
They discussed the possibilities of activating the border demarcation process between Armenia and Georgia and agreed to make efforts in that direction.
The Prime Minister says Armenia is interested in unblocking regional economic infrastructure and emphasizes ensuring inclusiveness in regional and extraregional projects: “In this context, we highlight Armenia’s interest and readiness to join the Black Sea Electric Cable project.”
