"I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of the Chinese New Year, the Spring Festival. This holiday, symbolizing the awakening of nature, will bring health, happiness, and progress to all families of friendly Chinese people.

Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the People's Republic of China have been based on friendly ties dating back to history. Among Armenia's foreign policy priorities, I attach great importance to the continuous development of bilateral relations with China based on equality, mutual trust, and respect.

Joint efforts will soon be needed to expand the multifaceted cooperation established between our two countries, raising bilateral relations to a new level. In this context, I also emphasize strengthening cooperation between Armenia and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization under the Chinese presidency.

I take this opportunity to wish you good health and prosperity, as well as peace and prosperity, to the friendly people of China.

The message addressed to Li Qian reads:

"On the occasion of the Chinese New Year, the Spring Festival, I extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to you and the friendly Chinese people. The coming year will be a year of harmony and prosperity for China.

I greatly value the dynamics of developing friendly relations between Armenia and China at the bilateral and multilateral levels. I am ready to continue making maximum efforts to elevate them to a qualitatively new level.

I am convinced that active cooperation in regional initiatives of mutual interest, high-level mutual visits, and multilateral platforms, including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, will contribute to implementing the abovementioned goals."
