RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan's visit to Russia is planned. It was planned over two months ago, and Radar Armenia learned about this from MFA spokesperson Ani Badalyan.
Earlier today, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced that the Armenian Foreign Minister has been invited to Russia and that his visit may occur soon. He added that relations with Armenia at the official level are not easy.
