Yeghishe Kirakosyan, the RA representative for international legal issues, discussed the trial of the former leadership of Nagorno-Karabakh, which is starting in Baku.
He reminded that one of the complaints submitted to the International Court of Justice against Azerbaijan is providing information about persons detained in Baku. "At this stage, the European Court has a deadline for Azerbaijan to provide information on all detained persons until the end of January. We expect detailed information about all of them."
According to him, the second complaint against Azerbaijan concerns the illegal judicial processes and illegal deprivation of liberty of the persons detained there.
