"We are acquiring weapons for defense in the context of army reforms. We will not return the acquired weaponry," Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan told the press conference.
"If Baku's concerns are sincere, we are ready to create a bilateral arms control mechanism. If the concerns are sincere, they should agree and work together towards creating that mechanism first, then normal operation. I hope, in that case, our and their concerns will be dispelled," concluded Mirzoyan.
