"The issue of withdrawing the military base is not on the agenda, at least at the moment," said Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, referring to the issue of the Russian military base located in Armenia.
He said that as for the control of the Armenian-Turkish border and the possibility of withdrawing the Russian troops from there, "If there is an open border with Turkey and the same trust is established, we can also discuss that issue."
