RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan announced that European observers are at the republic's borders to prevent border escalation.
He also reminded me what the EU civil mission is for. Just as the Russian border guards were deployed temporarily so that we could build capacities or neutralize our fears with country X, in this case, we have invited EU observers to observe and prevent. It is also stated in their mandate to support the demarcation process. If the border is separated, a peace treaty is signed, and relations are established, we should thank you and say how we can help you in any corner of the world. But at the moment, we do not have that intention."
