Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan discussed normalizing Armenian-Turkish relations. He said the Armenian side is ready to establish diplomatic relations.
"Unfortunately, the Turkish side continues to link the settlement of Armenia-Turkey relations with the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan. Starting from the opposite side, regulating the relations between Armenia and Turkey would perhaps make it easier and positively affect the regulation of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations. But there is no such perception in Turkey, at least in my opinion," he said.
However, according to Mirzoyan, the dialogue will continue at the level of ministers and envoys and, if possible, at the level of the country's leaders.
