RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan chaired the Supreme Economic Council of EAEU session in St. Petersburg.
Pashinyan joined the session by appointment. He did not go to Petersburg because he was diagnosed with COVID.
At the same time, the organizers left the chair allocated for him in the hall.
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan from Armenia joined the official photo-taking ceremony when he left for Russia yesterday.
