Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania, Gintautas Palutkas, on his appointment. The message states:
"I warmly congratulate you on your appointment as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania.
I want to note with satisfaction the high level of political dialogue formed between our countries, the recent rapid development, and active cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
I express my gratitude for Lithuania's unconditional support of the democratic reforms implemented in Armenia and the further development of the RA-EU partnership.
I highly appreciate Lithuania's position in supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia.
