The Armenian side agreed to the Ararat Mirzoyan and Jehun Bayramov meeting in Malta, with Blinken meditating. Radar Armenia learned about this from Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan.
To remind you, the Azerbaijani side categorically rejected the meeting with the mediation of Blinken.
