Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan spoke with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. The short meeting occurred before the official opening ceremony of the ongoing OSCE Ministerial Conference in Malta.
In Malta, Mirzoyan also had contacts with colleagues from other countries: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Andorra.
