"France does not forget anything," the ambassador said about the displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh

French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decotigny wrote in his X microblog.

"On November 17, 2023, the International Court of Justice confirmed the right of Armenians who were forced to leave Nagorno-Karabakh to return to their homes.

One year later, this order to Azerbaijan still needs to be fulfilled.

France does not forget anything and will not concede anything, neither in terms of their right to return nor in protecting their cultural and religious heritage."
