Germany attaches importance to the deepening of relations with Armenia

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Armenia, Claudia Bush.

Nikol Pashinyan noted with satisfaction that the two countries have an active political dialogue. The head of the country emphasized the implementation of joint projects in the fields of economy, investments, tourism, and other sectors, as well as the involvement of new German companies in the Armenian market.

Claudia Bush noted that during her term of office, she will make all efforts to expand bilateral cooperation. The ambassador emphasized that the German government attaches importance to the continuous deepening of relations with Armenia, so she will discuss the possibilities of implementing mutually beneficial projects with Armenian partners shortly.

The interlocutors touched on the Armenia-European Union cooperation, the latest developments in the discussions on the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty, the border demarcation process, and other issues.
