"The Constitution cannot contradict any international agreement." President of the CC

Arman Dilanyan, President of the CC, stated that "the Constitution cannot contradict any international treaty. It is the peace treaty that can contradict the Constitution." According to him, international agreements are a normal constitutional procedure.

"Any constitutional change after the signing of the agreement, or related to it, or not related to it, is a political process. I consider everything possible, theoretically everything," he said in response to the journalist's question.
