The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, referred to Baku's accusations regarding the COP-29 conference, for which several representatives from Armenia had registered.
"I must emphasize that no official of Armenia has submitted any application to participate in the COP-29 event in Baku. I do not rule out that some organizations of the political society have done such a thing, although I do not know anything about it if they mean it; you know, Armenia is a free democratic country," he said.
