"In many issues, we have to make incorrect decisions because the decisions we made in the past were not sufficiently consistent with the logic of statehood, and we are constantly in this cycle," said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, referring to the issue of importing electric cars. According to him, a decision will be made on this topic, which he disagrees with; in particular, the 2-year limitation will not be applied.
"Our decisions must be sufficiently state and institutional. Consequently, we proceed to make the next decision, which must also be state and institutional. Thus, we make the fourth, fifth, and sixth decisions... I want to express my sincere concern on this occasion as the head of the government. We need to stop this way of working for a moment because we will not build a state like this," he said.
