"Dear Mr. Trump,
I warmly congratulate you on being elected the 47th President of the United States of America.
Your rich experience, knowledge, and abilities will best ensure the well-being of the American people, promote the interests of the United States, and strengthen the United States's role in the world.
In recent years, relations between the Republic of Armenia and the United States of America, anchored on our countries' historical friendship, common values , and mutual interests, have recorded unprecedented progress. Of course, the American Armenian community also has a role in that process.
I highly appreciate the practical cooperation between our countries in establishing peace and stability in the South Caucasus based on the fundamental principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity, strengthening democratic institutions in Armenia, protecting human rights, ensuring the rule of law, fighting corruption, and preventing security threats.
A special place in our multi-layered agenda is reserved for the development of cooperation in the trade, economic, and investment spheres and the full use of the considerable potential already present. In this regard, I am happy to record the joint efforts to promote Armenia's economic and energy resilience. I am sure that during your presidency, RA-US relations will be further strengthened, and we will continue to record new achievements, realizing our vision of reaching the level of strategic partnership.
Dear Mr. President,
I sincerely hope that new opportunities will be provided in the relations between the Republic of Armenia and the United States of America, especially in the case of the establishment of lasting and stable peace in the South Caucasus, the unblocking of regional economic and communication channels, regarding which the proposals of the RA Government are completed in the "Crossroads of Peace" project.
Let me once again congratulate you on your election to the post of President of the United States. I wish you good health, success, and new achievements for the welfare and progress of the friendly people of the United States of America."
