RA Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan received Baroness Caroline Cox, a member of the UK House of Lords, who arrived in Armenia to participate in the reopening ceremony of the "Lady Cox Rehabilitation Center" moved to Yerevan.
Welcoming the guest, Paruyr Hovhannisyan, expressed gratitude to the baroness for her many years of friendship and support of Armenia and the Armenian people. In her turn, the baroness highly appreciated the comprehensive steps taken by the Armenian government to address the needs of the forcibly displaced Armenians from Nagorno Karabakh.
The parties thoroughly discussed the possibilities of joint efforts in the humanitarian sphere and addressed the Armenian-British agenda issues.
