The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, will be in Colombia on a working visit from October 29 to 31 to participate in the 16th Conference of the Parties to the 2024 United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (COP16).
During the conference, the president will give a speech and meet with the president of Colombia and high-level representatives of partner countries.
The conference is a regular conference of member states of the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, and it will be from 21 to November 1, 2024, in Santiago de Cali, Colombia—the goal of the consortium's goal to address the interconnected crises of climate change and biodiversity loss.
