Arman Khachatryan was appointed RA Ambassador to France

By the decree of RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Hasmik Tolmajyan was recalled from the post of RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of France and the Principality of Monaco. Hasmik Tolmajyan was appointed the permanent representative of the Republic of Armenia at the Geneva office of the United Nations and other international organizations by presidential decree.

Arman Khachatryan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Republic of France by another decree of the President. Arman Khachatryan was recalled from the position of permanent representative of RA in the Council of Europe by the presidential decree.

By the presidential decree, Armen Papikyan was appointed permanent representative of the Republic of Armenia in the Council of Europe (seat: Strasbourg). Armen Papikyan was recalled from the positions of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Slovakia, Head of the RA Mission to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, as well as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the United Nations Office in Vienna and other international organizations.

At the same time, Andranik Hovhannisyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Republic of Austria (residence: Vienna). Hovhannisyan was recalled from the RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary positions to the Swiss Confederation and RA Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva and other international organizations.
