On October 25, RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paruyr Hovhannisyan participated in the discussion held within the framework of the program "Armenia-EU: Promotion of Strategic Partnership based on the Experience of the Visegrad Quartet."
During the discussion, which included representatives of RA departments, experts in the field, and NGOs, Deputy Minister Hovhannisyan detailed a comprehensive and ambitious agenda for the RA-EU partnership, including the positive dynamics of the political dialogue and the draft of the RA-EU Partnership Agenda.
He presented the details of the dialogue's start on the liberalization of RA-EU visas and emphasized the expansion of cooperation in the field of security, referring to the activities of the EU mission in Armenia, the provision of support to Armenia through the European Peace Instrument, and similar issues.
The deputy minister highlighted the successes recorded in the Visegrad countries and the exchange of best practices with Armenia. The possibilities of new projects and initiatives that can strengthen Armenia's European agenda and improve cooperation with the EU were also discussed during the meeting.
