"I will express cautious optimism. Perhaps, this time, a little less cautious and a little more firm optimism," commented the Armenian-Turkish relations Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan.
"I hope that very shortly, we will see new and tangible achievements," he said.
