Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that the dialogue with Turkey is developing positively. "I think there is already some tangible progress," he said, pointing to the use of airspace.
"There are certain confidence-building measures that we have jointly planned to do. Of course, we have an agreement, and according to it, the border should be partially open. Unfortunately, for now it is not a reality, but we will work in that direction."
