The Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, addressed the fears that Azerbaijan may need to ratify the regulations of the border demarcation commissions with Armenia.
"You say that Azerbaijan will not ratify. It will not ratify; let it not ratify, it will not ratify, and it will not enter into force. What is the problem?" he said.
According to Rubinyan, if Armenia ratifies the regulation today and Azerbaijan does not, the agreement will not be considered to have occurred. "I ask a question: now we have ratified it, let's say Azerbaijan did not ratify it, what is the risk of that?" he said, addressing the opposition.
