"This is the 1976 map of the Armed Forces of the USSR, which has a legal basis for Azerbaijan as well, and a body drew up this map with such authority," stated Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, adding that there are maps of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border of different scales and approved in other periods. "There is no such thing as a complete map."
According to Grigoryan, this is the most challenging question.
