As a document, I assure you that the regulation is not the only legal or primary basis for the demarcation process. Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan announced today in the NA during the discussion of ratifying the regulation on the joint activity of the commissions on border security and the boundary of the state border of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
According to him, implementing the first section of the regulation taught him that these issues should not be addressed when demarcating the other sections.
"We have a border that was described most in 1969. during the compilation of the map, which is not complete and was certified by the Supreme Councils of the two republics," he said.
