RA MFA spokesperson Ani Badalyan informed Radar Armenia that Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov will hold a bilateral meeting in Istanbul.
"As in various other platforms, a bilateral agreement was reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding the holding of a meeting between the foreign ministers of the two countries in Istanbul," Badalyan said.
