Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the "Renderforest" company in information technologies.
During the tour, the company's managers noted that the company is an online design platform where users can create videos, graphics, presentations, and websites. RenderForest uses embedded artificial intelligence and machine learning modules to help users retrieve websites and videos within minutes.
It was reported that "Renderforest" is used in 180 countries worldwide. The company has about 26 million users worldwide, and 15,000 new users join the company every day. During its activity, the company attracted investments of around 35 million dollars to Armenia.
It was noted that the platform can be used for free, but paid add-ons are offered to ensure the company's financial flows. The leading countries in terms of sales are the USA, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Russia, Turkey, etc. In 2019, G2 included Renderforest in the list of 100 best programming companies in the world, being the only Armenian company on the list.
Nikol Pashinyan was also introduced to the activities of the "Ardi" Academy, founded by the "Renderforest" company. The academy is an educational initiative aimed at teaching the main digital specialties of the fourth industrial revolution in Armenia. In addition to more than a dozen specializations in marketing, design, and IT professional directions, entrepreneurship, algorithmic thinking, English, etc., will also be taught at the academy.
Next, Prime Minister Pashinyan answered the questions of the company's employees. In his speech, the Prime Minister thanked for the invitation and noted that he was impressed by the company's activities. Nikol Pashinyan added that he believes the environment is the most important thing for any process."Of course, the environment is primarily people, but it is also the physical, urban environment that affects thinking," said the Prime Minister.
The head of the government said that he wants to make a statement that may seem strange to many."That optimism and strange statement is as follows. I must admit that today, I am much more optimistic about the future of Armenia than I was in 2018 or 2019. I'm sure this is a strange statement to many, and I'm announcing it publicly for the first time to emphasize the importance of the environment. It is related to the fact that in 2018 2019, when I was thinking about the future, about the paths leading to the future, while going through all those paths, I entered a dead end in the plane of thinking, not seeing a continuation or seeing something else," said the Prime Minister. Nikol Pashinyan says the situation is somewhat different today because he sees many risks. Still, he also considers the possibility of overcoming and managing these risks, and as a result of managing these risks, the continuation of the future path.
"And what is the end of that road, or what is the theoretical goal of that road that we want to realize in practice?" We call it the concept of Real Armenia; it is directly related to the concept of the state, the meaning of which is as follows. The Republic of Armenia and the state, in general, have an efficient purpose and are tools to ensure the well-being of their citizens. It is not a tool, a base, or a platform for having a more significant or more considerable state, but a tool for ensuring the well-being of its citizens within internationally recognized borders, with the understanding that by well-being, we must understand freedom, justice, security and other concepts derived from these three basic concepts," the Prime Minister noted.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, well-being is something that is formed by work. According to the head of the government, the following fundamental problem in our reality is the perception of work."And what is work?" Is work suffering, suffering, or is work nevertheless a pleasure, self-expression, also freedom, creativity, a situation that a person can, for example, think about before going to bed in the evening so that the light comes on early so that again go to work," said the Prime Minister, emphasizing once again the importance of the environment in this regard.
The questions addressed to Nikol Pashinyan related to improving the quality of education, the existing problems, the steps to solve them, the development of information technologies, the plans of the RA Government in that direction, artificial intelligence, and other topics.
