Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of his birthday. The message states:
"Dear Vladimir Vladimir,
Please accept my sincere congratulations and best wishes on your birthday.
At this stage, the need for consistent activities to strengthen the mutually beneficial cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation in all areas of mutual interest is particularly emphasized.
I expect Yerevan and Moscow to jointly activate mutually beneficial interactions and develop a multi-layered dialogue based on mutual understanding, trust, and consideration of our states' interests.
I wish you, dear Vladimir Vladimir, health, success, and all the best."
