Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan congratulated Mark Rutte on his appointment as Secretary General of NATO.
"We look forward to close cooperation between Armenia and NATO to further strengthen the partnership, which will be based on common values and a common vision to ensure a safer and more peaceful future," Mirzoyan wrote on his X microblog.
