Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan spoke about Armenian-Russian relations at the Warsaw Security Forum.
"It is no longer a secret that the Armenian society is disappointed with the Russian Federation, with Russian aid," he said, adding, "When there was an attack on our borders, neither Russia nor the other CSTO partners reacted."
