RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Brazhe during the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
The interlocutors discussed several topics of mutual interest.
RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan. "We continue to develop bilateral relations with EU member states actively, and we have significant potential with Latvia. Therefore, I was happy to discuss the steps to enrich the agenda between our two countries and the prospects of deepening the RA-EU partnership. We can also effectively cooperate on multilateral platforms."
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Latvia also exchanged ideas on regional issues. Minister Mirzoyan presented RA's efforts to establish stable peace in the South Caucasus and the importance of concluding a peace treaty with Azerbaijan without creating artificial obstacles and delaying it.
