On September 25, RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan had a private conversation with Cyprus Defense Minister Vasilis Palmas. The meeting with the extended composition of the delegations followed the private conversation.
The ministers highly appreciated the cooperation between the two countries in defense. They discussed issues related to the current course of cooperation between Armenia and Cyprus and its further development.
Several issues related to Armenia-Greece-Cyprus tripartite cooperation, ongoing reforms in the armed forces of Armenia and Cyprus, and exchange of experience were also discussed.
Several issues related to regional security were also addressed.
