Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended the opening of the general discussions of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
First, the heads of state held a welcoming ceremony in the session; UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres welcomed them.
Then, during the opening of the session, speeches were made by the President of the UN General Assembly, Philemon Young, the UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, the President of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, and the President of the United States, Joe Biden.
Today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will have bilateral meetings with partners from different countries.
